Kendal was born in Durham, North Carolina. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business Management from North Carolina State University. During a successful career as a Computer Software Developer, he decided to enlarge his territories by obtaining his real estate salesperson and broker licenses. In 2006, Kendal joined the fast-growing and innovative firm of Keller Williams Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a professional businessman who understands that although it is great to obtain power, and it may be greater to obtain influence, it is the greatest honor to serve others. He believes that attentiveness and superior client service is key to smart business. As a native North Carolinian himself, he brings warmth, knowledge and his own special touch to every transaction. |
